Terms and Conditions Of Travel
Prices are per person in Australian dollars and include GST, except family rates, where the number of people is set by the fare type. Child fares are for ages 4 to 14, and children under 18 must travel with an adult carer. Open date tickets need 14 days' notice to book.
Concession fares: Concession fares need ID shown at check-in. Backpacker discounts are only for genuine backpackers aged 18+ with an eligible card, photo ID and an accommodation receipt, and are granted at Cruise Whitsundays' discretion.
Cancellation fees, day cruises: No show or cancellation with 24 hours' notice or less is 100% of the fare. Between 24 and 48 hours is 50% of the fare. Transfers to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise with more than 48 hours' notice incur no fee, subject to availability.
Operator changes: Cruise Whitsundays may alter prices and itineraries, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures or arrange alternative transport if necessary. All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions. If a cruise is cancelled, guests are notified using their booking contact details and offered an alternative cruise or a refund up to the fare paid. Bookings should be reconfirmed with the Airlie Beach office the day before departure on 07 4846 7000.
Health & safety: Travel insurance is recommended. The operator is not responsible for missed flights, property loss or damage, or claims from personal injury while travelling or taking part in activities.
