Whitsundays Jetski Tour Reviews On Google

The email stated that they supply life jackets, hats, rashy and sunglasses. They do, how ever hats weren’t offered and 100% you need one. So for me they loose a star for that!
Our heads weren’t burnt after it.
Make sure you use a lot of sunscreen or you will fry.
Do you hurt for a few days after it due to crashing waves, Yes!
Still fun experience but a very blokey experience if that’s what you are into.
They take photos while you are out and they make you feel awful if you hassle them for the shots within a 24-48 hour time frame, clearly stated in the induction! This wasn’t said nicely at all, so sounds like they just get complaints regarding something they promise to do and don’t.
We have now given them 8 days and they still haven’t uploaded them. So they loose a star for that too.
Overall if you wanna JetSki do it. They also do offers in the Main Street but found a steak restaurant offering in 10% off so suss that out.

These guys rock , I’ve been and done anything you can think of.
They take the crown 👑

Recommend this go anyone looking for a great experience with a great team.

Will do again.

Daz, Our tour guide made it even more brilliant, couldn’t be happier, would recommend to anyone travelling to the Whitsundays.

Izzy was amazing from the start and Josh and Brado were incredible as well 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 we would definitely do it again!

My friends and I booked the Jetski Tour for 01/01/25 through Viator, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised. The description clearly stated that participants must be able to swim with a lifejacket, which my friend confirmed she could do. She explained that while her swimming skills are average, she is confident swimming with a lifejacket, as required by the tour's terms.
However, despite meeting the advertised criteria, a staff member refused to allow her to join the tour. He insisted that she must be able to swim without the lifejacket, a requirement that was never mentioned in the tour description. This decision felt not only unfair but also unreasonable, given that she had already confirmed she could swim with a lifejacket, which was exactly what the terms specified.
The situation only became more frustrating from there. We were told that she should request a refund, but when she contacted Viator’s support team, we were simply redirected to the tour operator for resolution. This lack of clarity and poor communication between the third-party platform and the tour company only added to the confusion and frustration.
To make matters worse, a female staff member with shoulder-length hair displayed an impatient and dismissive attitude when we tried to explain our situation. We were made to feel completely ignored and undervalued as customers.
This entire experience has left us with a very negative impression, and we’ll certainly be more cautious in the future when booking tours. I hope Viator takes action to address this issue and ensure a more transparent and customer

This is outright fraud and robbery.
The company called me and was extremely rude and disrespectful, showing no intention of resolving the issue or apologizing.
Their positive reviews are totally due to the fun of the jet ski itself, their service and attitude are absolutely terrible.
I do not recommend anyone who reads this review to choose their services.
To the male staff member who set additional activity requirements and promised us to get a refund—hope you’re feeling better now.
This was the worst experience we had during our days in the Whitsundays.
original comments:
This was an extremely disappointing experience. On the first day of 2025, my girlfriend and I came to participate in this activity. The staff insisted that we must be able to swim without a life jacket to join, which contradicted the requirements stated on the Viator webpage (the project we purchased clearly stated "must be able to swim wearing a life jacket"). Actually, you’ll notice that different jet ski tours have inconsistent swimming requirements, even though they are essentially the same activity.
When we asked the staff if we could get a refund if both of us withdrew, they gave us a very definite assurance. However, everything changed when we returned to the reception desk. The staff there told us we needed to communicate with Viator. But when we reached out to Viator, they were unwilling to cooperate friendly with the refund investigation, especially one slender female staff.
Even we asked to continue with the activity instead, they refused, claiming the training had already started. This was entirely unfair. After repeated requests, the staff finally said they could explain the situation to Viator, but it would be a few days later. Unfortunately, to this day, there has been no progress.
Completely chaotic management—would not recommend. Additionally, I would not recommend booking any activities through Viator.

Daz especially was highly entertaining and we hadn't even left the safety briefing.
As a first timer, anxious was an understatement, however all fears put aside due to everything explained so well.
We did the Airlie Adventure Tour, and my word, it did not disappoint.
After pushing out of the marina, we got to open up the throttle and peel our way through the chop and sunshine 🌞
Daz, Josh and Phoebe provided us memories and laughter, mainly provided by Daz, but also great insight on the local spots we visited on our tour.
Thanks for such a great time🤟🏼
Mark, Rachel and Georgia👌🏼

Over the years I have done Jetski tours both around Australia and abroad, and by far say this one at the Whitsundays takes the cake as the best by far!
Would definitely recommend this to anyone. And a friendly tip to anyone reading, I suggest you be generous with your sunscreen as it's pretty easy to get cooked out there haha.

A special shoutout to Abbie in reception also! Get that woman on a jet ski!!

The team were a bunch of legends that made the entire experience engaging and safe. Shoutout to Sam - she was attentive to each person and was an absolute HOOT! We love Sam!!!

Fantastic hour and a half with my wife ripping around fast as you can on a ski.
Cant thank the operators enough for their professionalism, dedication to customer safety and satisfaction.
Our guide Nate was outstanding, thanks #natesyourmate now the boss owes you a beer.
We will definitely be back and telling all our mates about you!!

First time jet skiing with my boyfriend and at the beginning I was quite afraid. But Phoebe checked on everyone throughout the whole tour and was super kind and helpful. Plus you get free photos afterwards which is super cool 😎 thank you guys !!

Overall was a fun experience but was let down by the check in staff.

Pej and Sarah

This is a MUST do tour in Whitsunday by a top notch group.

My tour guide, Sam told me it was okay to go at a speed I'm comfortable at but then singled me out in front of the group multiple times on how I wasn't keeping up or going fast enough and kept asking if I was okay but it felt passive aggressive. She also kept forgetting my name and asked me my name again 3 times.
I felt very anxious and uncomfortable the entire jet ski tour, it was not fun at all. I wish I booked a different tour. I was really excited for this initially but now I regret all the money I spent on it only to feel like I was holding the group back and the tour guide couldn't even bother to remember my name..

Highly recommended.

I highly recommend these guys 🙌🤩

Also big thanks to Sam as well.
This is a must do when in Arlie beach

It was my first time on a jet ski and i felt extremely confident straight away and by the time we had left the harbour it was like it was my 100th time thanks to the tips and guidance from Alex and the team.
10/10 experience and will be doing it again on our next trip to Airlie Beach.
I’m looking forward to seeing the photos that are provided from an experience I’ll never forget.

He made the trip extremely enjoyable for all abilities and confidence levels as well as making sure everyone was safe and following along. Excited to see our complementary pics that were taken and should be uploaded tomorrow.
Definitely a trip we'll be booking again!

Thanks team we will be back and will be referring! 🤙🏼

Great time and guide Sam very patient and good with the varying skill levels of the riders

We were split into smaller groups and we felt lucky to have Ray as our guide. He made sure we all felt safe and comfortable at all times, and regularly checked in with everyone. Because of this we all still had an amazing time and actually really enjoyed the challenging conditions, and were left feeling proud of ourselves afterwards! We can't thank Ray enough.

If your questioning if you should go just do it.
