Thanks ZigZag team for a fun tour of the islands. Beautiful spots to visit for snorkelling and views. One bit of feedback is if it’s expected everyone remain in the seats they chose from the get go, might be worth making that clear so people don’t get disappointed when returning to the boat. Other than that, great day out & fun way to see the sights. Shout out to Alex and Matty (on the transfer boats to the beach) - genuinely caring for each patron! Thanks Zig Zag team.

It is an amazing trip. The staff's knowledge of the Whitsundays is extensive and you won't find the journey boring. The island is not over-exploited and you can completely relax here.Every staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay truly enjoyable.

Loved. the. crew! Such nice people, felt very welcomed & taken care of. Great sense of humor. Also the deck is so great and relaxing and you never feel rushed. Had a wonderful time, even saw a turtle which was my personal highlight.

Amazing day with the Zigzag team exploring the Whitsundays. Such a professional and experienced team. The trip was really well organised and managed so everyone got to do plenty of everything they wanted to. I particularly enjoyed listening to the captain’s stories about the islands and the region. Snorkeling was brilliant- we swam with turtles and so many very colourful fish. Food and drink options were plentiful and good value. Would hesitate to recommend this excellent, full day trip. Thanks Kate and everyone.

We went with our two children and we found the overall experience extremely family friendly. It was incredible to see how helpful every single member of the crew was. It was the little things, like offering to help when boarding or disembarking or making sure everyone was comfortable. They had this knack for foreseeing the needs of people on the boat and just timing their service and questions perfectly. Food was also very good.The tour itself was great, boat was super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, great insights by the captain and very knowledgeable about the area.We paired this with a flight package offered by a different company and we recommend both. However, if you are looking to book the boat cruise book this one. It's perfect.Cannot speak highly enou

What a wonderful day out!From start to finish, we were superbly looked after by the team. The boat was roomy and comfortable, with lots of seating to view the islands. The skipper was extremely informative, giving us incredibly detailed information about the Whitsunday Islands that we passed. All the crew were friendly and eager to help in any way.Jess guided a great bush walk, pointing out a goana, skink, green ants’ nest, sun bird’s nest and lots of different spiders!Lunch was delicious and the snorkelling superb.Overall, a fabulous way to spend a day.

Wir haben die Tagestour gebucht bei der man zuerst ca. eine Stunde mit Schnorcheln verbringt. Anschließend ging es für einen kurzen Lookout auf die Haselwood Island und anschließend zum Whiteheaven Beach. Dort gab es dann auch Mittagessen und 2:45 Stunden freie Zeit. Konnte man super nutzen zum Baden oder für einen weiteren Lookout. Die Crew war mega, super Playlist und die Verpflegung war für so einen Trip auch 1A. Man kann auch immer jemanden fragen der von einem Bilder macht wenn man das möchte. Totally worth it! Preis-Leistung sehr sehr gut. 🙂

Such an amazing experience the coral and snorkelling was amazing. Whitehaven beach lunch was great as well as the time spent on the beach. Staff members Angus and Jet were so Friendly and welcoming to me and my family. Casey the skipper was superb at sailing our boat through the waves. We had the most amazing day! Family of 4 with a 7yo and 14yo, all of us had a fantastic experience. We travelled in rainy season so we knew it would be risky, but the weather was great.We were welcomed by the lovely crew who took us through our day. Letting us know everything we needed and more.First stop chalkies and a small walk to a beautiful view of Whitehaven beach.Then Whitehaven where we earnt our lunch with a sweaty walk to the top of the hill with a spectacular view along the beach. Lexie and Charlotte, the guides gave us some cool information on the beach and the area.We donned our stinger suits and splashed around in the crystal clear water with fishes swimming right next to us. A small taster of the snorkeling we were going to do next.Lunch was delicious, with something for everyone even my fussy children.Back on the boat to the next stop, absolute highlight. The gear we wore was comfortable and the crew made sure we were all sorted with the right equipment.We snorkeled around a big playground of fish and coral. An unforgettable experience showing the kids just a snippet of what art mother nature can create. Angus floated around and helped us capture the best spots while keeping us safe.Back on the boat we thought the adventure was over, but it was Captain Caseys time to shine. She put the boat into adrenaline mode and rode the ocean like a roller coaster. A thrilling way to end what was the perfect Whitsunday tour. Highly recommend this tour

Absolutely loved this trip - we felt safe, well looked after and it was informative and great fun. The crew were a lovely friendly team who made you feel you were in good hands. We saw some amazing fish snorkeling and beautiful corals. Good lunch provided on the beach for everyone too. Thank you for giving us a great day - especially the zig zags on the way home 🙂

Brilliant tour! Took us to all the best parts of the Whitsundays in one day. The crew was brilliant too, Casey was a great captain and was brilliant at spotting marine life, she even managed to spot spinner dolphins and stopped the boat to let us all enjoy! Lexi was super friendly and knowledgeable about all things marine biology, and Jet was a great crew member, he was really clear with all the information and made us all feel safe but with a great sense of humor. He even made the effort to take underwater photos of us! Thanks guys for a great day 😁

Wir haben eine tolle Tour mit der jungen sehr netten Crew von ZigZagTours erlebt. Der Tagesablauf und die individuelle Betreuung waren super abgestimmt. Im Gegensatz zu den größeren Touranbietern waren wir mit nur ca. 25 Personen auf dem Boot. Wir konnten traumhaftes Wetter, eine schöne Unterwasserwelt genießen und spontan zwei Stopps machen, um zufällig gespottete Delfine zu beobachten.Das familiäre Unternehmen unterstützen wir gerne!

Had the most amazing day. All the lookouts that Lexie took us to were beautiful. Snorkelling was to die for, Jet showed us the perfect spots to snorkel and taking lots of photos. The boat ride was the smoothest ride we have ever been on thanks to Casey. Best day out, highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a boat trip around the Whitsundays with a small family-owned business, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we boarded, the warm and friendly crew made us feel right at home. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area, sharing fascinating stories and insights about the islands and marine life.Big shout out to Emily Angus and Oakley!The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and stunning beaches that made for perfect photo opportunities. We had plenty of time to explore some of the quieter spots, away from the crowds, which really allowed us to connect with nature. The atmosphere from the crew mate the trip extra special, we then had a beautiful lunch and lots of cold water, we non stopped laughing from the moment it started to when we left the boat!!Overall, I highly recommend this boat trip for anyone looking to explore the Whitsundays. It’s a fantastic way to spend quality time with family while enjoying the beauty of one of Australia’s most iconic destinations!

Great experience with the ZigZag crew today at Whitsundays. We started at 7.50 and we had our to fill out some paper work and select a stingersuit. They have all sizes! There is parking places available closeby which will cost you around 10 dollars for the day. They took us to an amazing place to see the Reef! HEAVEN ON EARTH! The crew is friendly, funny and since they have just one boat as a company, you get all the attention and the best experience. Happy to recommend this crew! O yeah, they also serve a great lunch and some snacks!

Wonderful tour operater. Kacey, Gus and Jet made sure that we felt safe and comfy at all times. They took the needs of all passenger of different ages and fitness levels very serious, without taking the fun out of it. The snorkelling spot and the two short walks were very nice. Water supply was given at all times and lunch was very tasty. The maximum of 30 passengers is a very good amont of people. Not too small, not too big. Support an amazing family-owned business and explore Whitsunday with Zigzag Tours!
