Great swim at whitehaven and awesome walk to lookout with Mika giving a great insight to the place.
Finished off with 2 snorkels and great boat trip back.
Cannot praise this group enough.
The best day out with family in along time.
A true professional team.

Fast and comfortable boat which gives you plenty of time to spend snorkelling & on Whitehaven beach.
Food and staff were amazing.
Highly recommend to everyone wanting day trip around the Whitsundays x

1. The sleeping arrangements - when asked if there were cabins, the booking agent told us that there were cabins below deck but that guests mostly chose to sleep on the deck for "comfort". The illusion of cabins was further reinforced by the photos on the website displaying cabins available to be slept in. In reality, crew instructed people to place all their belongings in the single below deck room (containing only 4 beds) which took up any space that people could sleep on. Even if people wants to, there simply wasn't space for the 23 people below deck. Sleeping on the deck would not have been an issue but there was a light rain during the night and the awning which the crew had put over us leaked on almost all the guests. In the morning when it was being discussed the crew seemed to have heard these complaints many times before. It showed that profits were clearly prirotised by the company over the comfort of its guests as even the most rudimentary of accommodation is expected to be dry.
2. The second issue was that of food. Whilst the food which was provided was very tasty, the lack of food was a concern for many on the boat. At breakfast, bread and spreads and all other food except weetbix and muesli had run out. At the end of each meal, there wasn't any food left which could be a testament to the tastiness of the food but more likely the fact that there simply wasn't enough food provided and that people were hungry. We had also asked the booking agent prior whether to bring snacks but were advised that morning tea and afternoon tea were provided, but in reality a ration of 2 biscuits per person on the boat simply didn't seem to appease the hunger levels.
3. Other issues were that the banana boat wasn't working and that the "hot shower" advertised was not hot and that you would be allowed 1 shower for the trip.
My overall review is that it was a good time, but there are some clear signs that profit is being prioritised over the comfort of guests and that a lot of the information about the accommodation is misleading. For these reasons I would choose a different provider if I was to go out again.
I can't fault Glenn and Abby as hosts though.
