We picked the wrong month to go on the Falls to Paradise tour as there was not a trickle of water at the Falls itself . We did still get to swim in the water hole at the bottom but would have perhaps been good if we received advance notice of this so had the option of cancelling. Jeni was our tour guide and she was outstanding. Knowledgeable commentary on the local area , super friendly, she also took us to Proserpine given our shortened time at the Falls . Fantastic gift shop there so unique. Lunch at Northerlies was great with a superb view and Jeni dropped us all back at our Hotels. Not her fault there’s been no rain!

Sean and Jack were absolute legends. Made the trip that much better. Give those mad dogs a pay rise. The snorkelling spots they took us too were amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of doing the cruise.

It was generally a fun party vibe with good snorkelling and walks which was great but did fail to meet some basic requirements.1. The sleeping arrangements - when asked if there were cabins, the booking agent told us that there were cabins below deck but that guests mostly chose to sleep on the deck for "comfort". The illusion of cabins was further reinforced by the photos on the website displaying cabins available to be slept in. In reality, crew instructed people to place all their belongings in the single below deck room (containing only 4 beds) which took up any space that people could sleep on. Even if people wants to, there simply wasn't space for the 23 people below deck. Sleeping on the deck would not have been an issue but there was a light rain during the night and the awning which the crew had put over us leaked on almost all the guests. In the morning when it was being discussed the crew seemed to have heard these complaints many times before. It showed that profits were clearly prirotised by the company over the comfort of its guests as even the most rudimentary of accommodation is expected to be dry.2. The second issue was that of food. Whilst the food which was provided was very tasty, the lack of food was a concern for many on the boat. At breakfast, bread and spreads and all other food except weetbix and muesli had run out. At the end of each meal, there wasn't any food left which could be a testament to the tastiness of the food but more likely the fact that there simply wasn't enough food provided and that people were hungry. We had also asked the booking agent prior whether to bring snacks but were advised that morning tea and afternoon tea were provided, but in reality a ration of 2 biscuits per person on the boat simply didn't seem to appease the hunger levels.3. Other issues were that the banana boat wasn't working and that the "hot shower" advertised was not hot and that you would be allowed 1 shower for the trip.My overall review is that it was a good time, but there are some clear signs that profit is being prioritised over the comfort of guests and that a lot of the information about the accommodation is misleading. For these reasons I would choose a different provider if I was to go out again.I can't fault Glenn and Abby as hosts though.

Rahn and Chris are great and super fun! From the first second I felt in ease, I ve been lucky that I had a good group on the boat, the atmosphere was relaxed, chilled and fun (a part from the music which was not exactly my cup of tea ahah a part from Chris's playlist). Both were always nice, available and happy to answer to any question, they proposed a couple of funny games, Chris's food was very good (very impressed with his bolognese 😉 ), we had enough time on whiteheaven beach, snorkeling and the banana ride was fun. There s a lot of travelling involved but personally I loved that part, its part of the trip (and I mean you cant change the distances) and you have the possibility to enjoy the beautiful places and landscapes in peace or meet the other people. I personally recommend this experience. The only thing that I d maybe change is the departure time, I d probably leave earlier but I part from that, everything was great! Thanks guys!
