All tours are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions and as such, may be cancelled at the discretion of the operator.
We also reserve the right to alter the destination or route pending the weather for guest safety and comfort. The operator will offer alternative days or full ticket refunds in the event of operator cancellations within 24 hours of travel.
Full ticket cancellation is offered up to 24 hours before travel.
If you, our guests, cancel within the 24 hours prior to your cruise a 50% fee applies. Cancel after 9am on the day or no show a 100% fee applies.
If eligible, refunds of the ticket price will be issued excluding any booking or credit card fees paid.

What a blast, we had the best time, mixed in with a crowd of strangers and we drank, danced and laughed the whole time !!! Sunset amazing, skipper was a champion, nibbles the whole time, cruise dinner deal at Sorrentos Italian, the food was 11 out of 10, couldn't fault it.Wonderful evening, do it !!!

Hilarious crew with memorable emergency instructions. Got to see a turtle, so that was pretty cool. Would be a great event for a birthday celebration. Good choice of music! 10/10 would do it again.

Beautiful sunset and views of the harbour and distant islands.Spotted a few turtles.Drinks and snacks done well and plenty for everyone.Music towards the end was really fun.Lovely staff. Rob is hilarious and provides endless laughs!Recommend as an enjoyable evening activity in Airlie beach.Easy to find meeting spot / board the vessel. Well organised.

This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip to the Whitsundays. Myself and my partner absolutely loved this experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s in the area. The stuff were lovely. Had a nice nibbles platter and a glass of sparkling when greeted you could also purchase more drinks at the bar which Were reasonable prices to the only downside which is no fault of the staff or the companies was that there was a hens night which is probably to be expected booking on a Friday night who got quite rowdy towards the end The staff did a good job of controlling them and telling them to just be a bit quieter to respect the other guests on board.

What an amazing atmosphere! The staff were fantastic, and the drinks were reasonably priced. The food was as advertised - simple nibbles. The music was a mix of old and new tunes, and everyone was singing along. It really created a great vibe. We were lucky enough to witness a beautiful sunset, but then it started raining. Luckily, the area was fully covered, so it didn't bother anyone, it certainly didn't dampen our mood. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to start your evening.

Great company to deal withPreferred boat booked out however ‘Chatline’ person found us this one.It was late notice however they did wellHad a fun time interacting with crew and other passengersCloudy sunset (who can control the weather though)!!Would highly recommend no matter the weatherJust do it and enjoy!

This was a wonderful experience Captain Dan and Deck hand Rach were very friendly and fun. Didn't give 5 due to no sunset because of cloud cover. So really not Sundowners fault . Thanks again Guys. Highly recommend. Love Mumma Bear

Im a local of Airlie Beach. I've been on this trip 3 times in the last 4 years or so when family come to stay. We have never been disappointed. The crew are fantastic and it's a peaceful way to watch the sunset with friends and family. It's great to see the town from a different perspective. We will go again!

If I could recommend any sunset cruise it’ll be you guys!! Perfect timing not too long and not too short, amazing vibe and atmosphere, 21st birthday made it way more exciting especially for the young at heart, the mixture of age groups was sensational, onboard entertainment superb and the service was top notch! Short wait to get into the boat but once on board we were offered one complimentary drink. Staff were friendly and engaging and happy to interact with clients. Great music and photo opportunities and good variety of drinks to purchase on board. Sadly no sunset on this day but calm waters and nice breeze.

Had a great couple of hours on the boat.Great team who work together to ensure the guests have a good time. The drinks are not as expensive as I expected in fact cheaper than the pubs. The nibbles were lovely and regularly replenished.A nice excursion which doesn’t break the bank.Thoroughly recommend it.

Nice experience, but didnt exceed expectations on any front. Sunset is beautiful, staff are helpful and boat is comfortable.We had been expecting a bit more of a quiet cruise over the water, but this boat was what I would describe as a 'Party Boat'. Hen's parties, intro to a night out- then this is the experience for you. My partner and I had hoped for a more intimate, calming cruise over the water to take in the sights so were disappointed on that front. Also as described as a catamaran, we had expected an open deck to sprawl out on but it was more a covered deck surrounding a bar.Do not count on getting more than a couple of crackers from the tasting platter; this was definitely an area that was lacking. Very much budget type 'platter' and really only enough for a couple of crackers and dip each.

Such an amazing experience on the Airlie beach at sunset. The crew were amazing, especially Rob. Thanks for the great vibe you created on the cruise. Thanks to Capt. Tim for letting my wife steer for a while. Great music and lights. Free bubbles, yay, and snacks. The view was amazing and so romantic.

Jasmine and Adrian were an absolute vibe. They really lifted up the vibe even when the weather wasn’t the best. Bar onboard is reasonably priced. Bring cash so you can tip the legends 💕

My Wife and I had an amazing sunset Cruise and dinner at Sorrentos, the staff were amazing, they displayed great professionalism and Hospitality, a light hearted sense of humour leading to a relaxed atmosphere. The views were spectacular and the ride was exceptionally smooth. The short of it is that your holiday has not started until you have had a sunset cruise and dinner

We went to celebrate our birthdays. Wonderful way to see the water and land around Airlie Beach. Great nibbles and glass of bubbly with attentive service if you wanted more drinks. Free sunset photo was an unexpected surprise. Thanks to the two Robs for making our night and the start of our holiday.

We did the cruise and dine sunset package and cannot recommend enough!The cruise was amazing, with lovely staff and drinks, nibblies and music which created a relaxing yet fun experience.Definitely great value for money and will be doing it again next time we are here!

What an amazing experience. We were running extremely late and they waited for us! They also were extremely catering and welcoming. Let my son have a turn at driving the boat which he will never forget. Will definitely be back for another experience really happy with our trip!

This was an amazing cruise with such a lovely captain to guide us through it, sailed around the harbour and saw a beautiful sunset. The highlight for me however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff... I booked this for my girlfriend's birthday, and despite leaving plenty of time to arrive for boarding, the taxi services of Airlie completely failed me that night. Miraculously, the captain agreed to wait 10 minutes past the scheduled departure time for the groundskeeper of my accommodation to drive us over in his ute. I was extremely grateful for good people in the world that day, thank you so much Sundowner for allowing me to treat my girlfriend to an amazing experience.
